Prescott Country Club

Prescott Country Club is located 3 miles south of Prescott Valley on Highway 69. It is approximately 20 minutes from downtown Prescott. This subdivision is part of the Humboldt Unified School District with bus service to and from the schools.

This subdivision has a great mixture of families and retirees. There are many amenities including a golf course, clubhouse with restaurant, swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, paved streets, underground utilities, and great views.

It is also 15 minutes from the Prescott Gateway Mall. Phoenix is only an hour and a half drive and within an hour you can drive to Sedona or Flagstaff.
