Prescott Lakes

Prescott Lakes is located in the Northeast part of Prescott within the city limits. At 5300 feet elevation, ours is an area of high chaparral that affords many wonderful views -- some as far as 100 miles -- outside of the tree line. We can be 20 degrees cooler than the Phoenix and Tucson areas -- and usually are. Our views are so spectacular because we have practically no smog. In Prescott, we're all about the quality of life!
